About
Most site problems
are scope gaps
Not bad workmanship. Two trades each assumed the other had it, nobody wrote it down, and it surfaces the week before handover.
How we work
Closing the gaps is worth more than shaving the rate.
The keenest-looking package on paper is often the one with the vaguest edges. When we price work we spend time on the interfaces: which fixings, whose builders work, who provides the power, who takes the waste away. Naming those at tender stage prevents the arguments that cost everybody money later.
The same applies to the programme. If a sequence does not work we say so when we are asked to price it, not when we are standing on site. A contractor would far rather hear an uncomfortable view in week one than a confident one in week nine.
The company has been registered since January 2019 and works from Altrincham across the north west. Its number and registered office are below.
