Site installation packages

A defined package installed to the drawings and to the programme.

Fit-out and second fix

The finishing stages, where tolerances and sequence start to matter most.

  • Partitions, linings, doors, ironmongery and finishes.
  • Tolerances agreed up front, so quality is not argued about later.
  • Coordination with the trades either side of us in the sequence.
  • Protection of finished work until handover.

Plant and system installation

Equipment positioned, fixed and connected to the specification.

  • Builders work, bases and supports provided or coordinated.
  • Positioning checked against access, maintenance and clearance needs.
  • Specialist connections left to the trades authorised to make them.
  • Records and sign-offs collected as the installation proceeds.

Site support for contractors

Additional capacity for a main contractor under pressure.

  • Labour and supervision against an agreed scope and duration.
  • Working within your existing site and safety arrangements.
  • Daily records of what was done and by whom.
  • A defined end point, so the arrangement does not drift.
